Shirataki Fried Noodle Recipe with Onion Seasoning

That's also what we can do if we want to eat shirataki noodles which are very low in calories. Processed into fried noodles in general, it turns out that shirataki noodles are also delicious and very nutritious. This is a recipe for shirataki fried noodles that you can try at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of shirataki noodles
  • 3 meatballs
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • 1 egg


Spice

  • 5 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 bird's eye chilies
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and broth powder to taste


How to make


1. Boil shirataki noodles until soft. Drain, and mix with 1 tsp salt and sesame oil.

2. Cut the meatballs and green onions.

3. Chop the red onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and red chili.

4. Heat enough oil, and sauté the onions and chilies until cooked.

5. Beat chicken eggs, pour, and fry scrambled.

6. Add shirataki noodles, sweet soy sauce, salt, ground pepper, and powdered stock to taste. Stir well.

7. Add the chopped spring onions and do a taste test. If it's according to taste, lift.


Enjoy fried shirataki noodles while warm.
