  • Enough Dim Sum Skin

Dim Sum Ingredients

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of peeled shrimp

  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • enough mozzarella cheese

Additional Ingredients

  • Dry Nori to Taste

1. Puree the chicken, shrimp, shallots, and garlic in a blender.

2. Add grated carrots, eggs, chicken sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, broth powder, and sugar to the meat mixture. Stir well.

3. Add cornstarch to the Dim Sum filling mixture. Stir well.

4. Take the dim sum skin. Fill with dim sum. Bend and fold the edges. Do it until all the dough ingredients run out.

5. Heat the steamer. Steam the Dim Sum until cooked.

6. Mix all the Mentai sauce ingredients. Stir well.

7. Serve Dim Sum with Mentai sauce and dried nori pieces. Burn the surface with a blow torch. Serve.
