You don't have to make complicated puff pastry dough to enjoy delicious, cake shop-style Croissants. We can make it ourselves with ready-to-use instant puff pastry. We can also adjust the filling to taste, for example, Banana Cheese. If you are interested in making Banana Cheese Croissants that are economical but delicious, here is the recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets of ready-to-use puff pastry
- 2 ripe plantains
- enough mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp butter
- enough flour
How to make

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes.
2. Sprinkle enough flour on a clean table.
3. Place and lightly sprinkle flour on the surface of the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry triangles into equal sizes, Peel and cut Bananas and Cheese.
4. Brush with butter, and place Cheese and Banana on the broadest part of the triangle. Roll slowly. Do it to finish.
5. Brush the surface with egg yolk. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on your oven until cooked through and lightly browned.
Enjoy the Banana Cheese croissant while it's warm if you want the cheese to melt. If eaten cold it is also still delicious, according to taste.
