Ingredients


  • 175 grams of wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 250 ml of hot water
  • 200 grams of brown sugar, combed
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • enough cooking oil for greasing the mold


How to make

1. Melt the brown sugar until it becomes caramel. Add pandan leaves, then hot water. Stir well. Add butter. Stir well, then turn off the stove. Let the sugar solution cool.

2. Sift flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder.

3. Heat the steamer.

4. Pour the sugar solution little by little into the flour mixture. Stir until the dough is smooth.

5. Pour the dough into a greased mold up to 3/4 of the way.

6. Steam the sponge cake for about 30 minutes.

7. After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and serve.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of mocaf flour
  • 250 grams of palm sugar
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 pandan leaf

How to make

1. Cook coconut milk, palm sugar, and pandan until all the ingredients are dissolved. Set aside and let cool.

2. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Sift.

3. Pour the sugar solution into the flour ingredients. Stir well.

4. Heat the steamer.

5. Pour the mixture into a mold that has been lined with paper cups up to 3/4 of the way.

6. Steam the cake over high heat for about 20 minutes until cooked.



3. Sesame Banana Steamed Sponge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, puree
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 135 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of powdered milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 150 ml of water
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • Black Sesame Seeds to Taste

How to make

1. Mix banana and sugar. Stir well.

2. Add all dry ingredients. Stir well.

3. Add water little by a little while stirring until smooth.

4. Add oil and sesame seeds. Stir well.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr of flour
  • 50 gr raisins / to taste
  • 50 gr tape, discard the fiber
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 50 gr cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, dissolve with
  • 5 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

How to make

1. Crush the tape until smooth, and mix it with sugar and cheese. Stir well.

2. Pour margarine and liquid-sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.

3. Add flour and baking powder, and mix well.

4. Heat the steamer. Prepare a baking sheet, lightly grease it with margarine, and line it with parchment paper. Pour the dough and level it. Steam for 35 minutes.

5. If there is no dough stuck on the skewer, it means it's cooked. Let it cool and remove.



5. Recipe for Sakura Pandan Sponge

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 250 ml of water
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 25 ml cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sweet condensed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pandan paste
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons of water


How to make

1. Cook water and sugar in Teflon over low heat until the sugar dissolves. After boiling, turn off the stove and let the sugar water cool.

2. Mix flour, salt, sugar water, and vanilla. Stir well.

3. Add cooking oil, pandan paste, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.

4. Add baking soda and baking powder. Stir well.

5. Heat the steamer.

6. Pour the mixture into a mold that has been smeared with cooking oil.

7. Steam the sponge cake for about 20 minutes until cooked.
